We break the cycle of homelessness and addiction. It starts with dignity -- a blanket, a meal, a safe place to sleep and friendship. It continues with recovery, counseling and long-term solutions to rebuild lives.
More than 16,000 of our neighbors in the greater Seattle area are homeless.
We don't wait for them to come to us. Our Outreach and Search + Rescue teams go out day and night to find those who are homeless, hungry and hurting, listening to their stories, meeting immediate needs and inviting them inside.
Last year, we served 497,628 meals and provided 159,918 nights of safe shelter for men, women and children. Through these simple moments, God is redirecting entire lives.
Drugs and alcohol keep people trapped in the cycle of homelessness. Our faith-based recovery programs help men and women leave addiction behind and build a foundation for a new life--through counseling, relapse prevention, Bible studies and more.
The Mission's Aftercare Program supports men and women as they restart their lives, offering stability, guidance and resources to overcome addiction, heal from past trauma and rebuild after years on the streets.
